Why do we need chakra balancing?
When our chakras are out of balance, we experience difficulty and pain in our lives—sometimes crippling
To heal we must go directly to the source of our pain living in our chakras. From there, we can clear, cleanse, heal and uplift our energy centers, and begin to reclaim our lives.
Some of the physical diseases and psycho-emotional ailments associated with chakras are:
•First Chakra - difficulty feeling safe, connected or grounded; anxiety, stress about money, abandonment issues, and a hoarding mentality.
•Second Chakra - fear, sexual and reproductive health issues, and an inability to express emotion or desire.
•Third Chakra - chronic fatigue and gastrointestinal problems; neurosis, ego inflation, pride, shame, and a victim mentality.
•Fourth Chakra - upper back pain, stiff shoulders and arms; loneliness, abandonment, betrayal, jealousy, suffocating love, and the fear of being alone.
•Fifth Chakra – thyroid problems, throat, ear, neck and shoulder pain; addiction, sleep disorders, control issues, and an inability to express yourself.
•Sixth Chakra – headaches, eye strain, delusion, and a sense of inadequacy.
